JLLC “Bolisbel” is successfully working on the packaging market since 1999, producing laminate tube of different diameters for perfume-cosmetic, food, medical-pharmaceutical as well as chemical industries.

 

From the first days of its operation our company is producing goods, according to the world standards, as it is working on the state-of-the-art equipment of Swiss companies PSG and AISA. “Bolisbel” company has its own complete industrial cycle, including cap and shoulder production of different modifications, using hydraulic injection-molding machines Battenfeld (Germany-Austria) and hot running press molds by WIRO (Germany), laminate overprinting with relief printing method using «Ко-Раск» (Japan), “Labelmen machinery Co. Ltd.” (Тhailand) and «Taiyo Label Printing Press model TLC — 250-8C+1F (Japan) printing equipment. Equipment of the English company «NEWFOIL» allows to produce foil emboss.

 

Gross volume of our production to the present moment reached 17 million tubes per month, and it makes our company the largest laminate tube manufacturer in CIS.

 

At the present time we produce tubes with the diameters of 25,28,30,35,50 мм from ABL and PBL laminate. You can see and order our products on the order page.
